What is the character ID?

The character ID is used to log in to the web shop on our community portal. 

Where can I find the character ID? 

To find your character ID please login to your account and open the account settings.

The character ID will be displayed there.

The character ID contains eight alphanumeric digits and the server ID. For example it could look like this:

A2N5KKf5#123

Click on the eye icon next to the character ID to hide it.

Please keep your ID safe and do not give it to third parties.
