In the tavern you can manage and equip your units. Select a unit on the overview to inspect them.
After your selection you can swipe to the next one to switch between them.
How do I get new units?
Visit the arcane toilet where you can trade souls for new units!
How can I make my units stronger?
Levelling
Your units automatically level up when they collect enough XP in the adventure. You can also directly level units up in the tavern with gold and scrolls.
Upgrades
You can upgrade your units when they hit their current level cap. This requires elemental upgrade materials and essence and will increase the level cap by 10 more levels. It will also increase the attributes of your unit.
Upgrading your units sometimes also unlocks new equipment slots!

How Do I Get Elemental Upgrade Materials?
You can find these items as rewards in the adventure, from main quests or trade them in the shop.
The upgrade material must match your units element. Over time you need better upgrade materials which will unlock later in adventures.

How do I Get Essence?
Essence is found in adventures and the shop . The most essences however can be farmed by completing the tower.
Equipment
After you have unlocked an equipment slot by upgrading your unit, you can increase its attributes by equipping them. Make sure to equip them with the right gear to increase their respective attributes.
Why can't I see my equipment on some heroes?
Each equipment belongs to a certain damage class. This class needs to match your units damage class. There are three classes:
- Strength (STR)
- Intelligence (INT)
- Dexterity (DEX)
Where can I find new equipment?
You mainly get new equipment by completing dungeons. Each completed dungeon run will give you a chest with equipment in it. By progressing further new equipment types will become available in the chests.
Skills
Currently you can only check your unit's skills here, and soon you will also be able to upgrade them.
