In order to found a guild, you only need two things: 10 gold and a guild name.

Moreover, you must not be in a guild when founding a new one.

The coat of arms icon takes you to the guild area. At the bottom right you will find the possibility to found a guild. To do this, you have to enter a guild name and use the "Found" button.
