Once you have purchased a payment pack successfully you will receive a message in your inbox. Open the message to claim your bought items.

If you have claimed a coupon code you will see how much time is left until you can claim your rewards. Paid items do not have such a time limitation to be claimed.

Payment packs can contain items which will be placed in your inventory. If your inventory is full you will not be able to claim your items until you have made space in your inventory. An according notification will be displayed in the claim message.
