Every task gives you the chance to collect extra heroism. If you don’t complete your task, it might be that you lose heroism at the end of the expedition. All tasks and their requirements can be found in this overview:

 | Podium Climber | Climb the winner's podium and get a huge amount of heroism every time! Heroism per chosen encounter: +10 |
 | Revealing Lady | I saw underwear on the side of the road. You urgently need to return it to the lady! Heroism upon completion: +5 Failure: -5 |
 | The Sword Trial | Pull the fabled sword out of the stone and show it to me. The condition is not important. Heroism upon completion: +12 Failure: -5 |
