Characters which have been created before the implementation of the S&F Account may have individual login credentials. These login credentials are needed to import such characters locally and to connect them to your S&F account.

To change your character's e-mail please follow the steps below:

1. Click the gear will to open the options while being logged in to your character.
2. Navigate to the"Charakter"-icon and click"Change Email".
3. Enter your old e-mail and your new e-mail as well as your current password.
4. Click "Change".
5. An e-mail with a validation link will now be sent to your new e-mail.
6. Confirm the validation link to activate the new e-mail and to override your old e-mail.

Attention: In case you do not confirm the validation link within 24 hours your old e-mail address will not be changed!
