S&F Account names will only be changed in exceptional cases and only once per year at max.

To change an S&F account name you need to contact our game support. The request should contain the following information:

1. Current S&F account name
2. New S&F account name
3. An explanation why the S&F account name should be changed.

Please note: The name needs to have between three to 32 characters and is not allowed to contain any extraordinary special characters.
