As soon as your payment was processed successfully you will receive a message in your inbox. Open the message to claim your bought items.

The booking of your purchase may vary in time. Using immediate payment options (e.g. PayPal, phone, text message, iTunes, Google Pay, and so on) mushromms should be booked to your account after  3-4 hours latest. If this is not the case, please get in touch with our support. Please provide transactions IDs or similar to enable us to identify your payment as soon as possible to take care of your matter.

Payments by text message  behave differently: In case you did not receive a TAN code via text message or if you closed the transaction process without the input of the TAN code, the code will expire within about 48 hours and the booked amount will be reversed.
